* Add your availability dates so that they can be easily identified.
* You can share your available dates via email, sms so hostesses can reserve a date for their party.
* Colour coding on the calendar gives you an idea of how full your month is at a glance, and which dates need to be filled.
* The party type can be added to the appointment through a customisable menu. By default there will be standard set of parties to choose from but you can customise the party menu to suit your needs.
* The hostess can scroll through the details of the party types available to assist in their selection.
* Available also are quick links to the brochure and the company website which you can customise to your personal page.
* Quick search will assist in finding the details of a party appointment from the hostess name or party type
